Our Story

Rojgar With Ankit (RWA) began as an offline coaching centre in Greater Noida, teaching government-job aspirants from 2009 to 2021, and moved online with our YouTube channel in early 2018. Today RWA is one of India's largest government-exam learning platforms — 19 million+ YouTube subscribers, 10 million+ app downloads, and over 1,00,000 successful selections reported across exams like UP Police, SSC GD, UPSSSC PET and more.

Why UPSC, and why now

For years, our students have asked the same question after clearing their first government exam: "Sir, ab UPSC?" This platform is our answer. We have helped you become a Govt. officer — now we will help you become an IAS officer.

Who is behind this

RWA was founded by Ankit Bhati sir, who has taught government-exam aspirants for over a decade and built the RWA community from a single classroom in Greater Noida. The UPSC vertical is operated by the same team — Astauli Learning Pvt. Ltd., Greater Noida.
